Fiat barchetta Owners Club UK International Meeting 13th to 15th June Woodside Conference Centre Kenilworth, Warwickshire, England The annual UK International Meeting will be held from Friday 13th to Sunday 15th June 2003. Our hotel base will be the Woodside Conference Centre in Kenilworth, www.sundialgroup.com and the weekend will follow themes relevant to “Shakespeare Country”

The programme will begin at 10am on Friday and finish after lunch on Sunday and will include visits to some of the regions attractions both historic and modern.

The cost of the weekend including all meals and visits will be £170 per person sharing a twin or double room and £220 for a single room.

For those arriving early we have an option on rooms at the hotel for Thursday night at a cost of £42 per person twin or double and £60 for a single room for Bed and breakfast. No specific dinner arrangements have been made for Thursday night, although those arriving early will be making our way into the local town.

Due to the hotel’s cancellation policy, bookings must be made and payment received by Friday 4th April latest. For UK members payment should be by cheque made payable to “barchetta UK Owners Club” and sent to Rosemary Kind, 2 Heron Road, Barrow upon Soar, Leicestershire, LE12 8AS. For overseas members payment should be made by transfer in Sterling into the UK Club account, please contact Rosemary Kind for details.

Option 1

Arrive Friday morning by 10am, full programme leaving Sunday after lunch (approx 3pm) £170 per person twin / double, £220 per person single.

Option 2

Arrive Friday evening (meeting at hotel in time of dinner), leaving Sunday after lunch. £155 per person twin / double, £205 per person single.

Option 3

Arrive Saturday morning by 10am, leaving Sunday late afternoon. £105 per person twin / double, £130 single.

Option 4

If you wish to stay Thursday night please add £42 per person twin / double and £60 single to option 1
